Hello, I'm Kelly-Rae

When I was diagnosed with ADHD at 44, so many things about my life started to make sense.

​

For years, I thought I was just bad at life. Disorganized. Inconsistent. Always behind. I tried all the systems, strategies and "just try harder" approaches, but nothing seemed to stick.

​

I understand now that I wasn't failing.. I was trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed for the way my brain works.

​

And when you're already dealing with an ADHD brain, a home that is chaotic, cluttered, and constantly making you feel bad about yourself, it can make everything so much harder. 

​

That's where I come in.

​

I help women with ADHD get unstuck in their homes.

 

Sometimes that means coming into your home and working alongside you to tackle the clutter, the piles, the room you've been avoiding. Or we can do it remotely, where I work with you over a call and help you figure out what to tackle, where to start, and how to keep moving.  

 

Sometimes it means getting on a call and body doubling while you finally get the thing done.  

​

There is no judgment here. No shame. No expectation that you should already have this all figured out.

​

I'll meet you where you're at and we'll work from there.

​

I'll help you break the overwhelming stuff down into steps that actually feel doable, and we'll work at a pace that works for you and your brain.

​

Because the goal here isn't a Pinterest-perfect home.

It's to create a home that feels good to be in, that works for YOU instead of against you, and makes your life easier.
